Product manager, pilot programs

As founding member of the Techstars Product Team,
Rachelle developed & scaled service products around
corporate innovation & startup collaboration globally. She
ran 4 pilot programs for partners such as Google. The goal
was to bridge the gaps to create a more supportive startup
ecosystem.

Techstars

Program Director, Techstars++

As a Program Director on the Techstars Corporate
Development Team, Rachelle founded and ran 6 business development/partnership programs to help startups
navigate the heavily regulated industries of healthcare &
US government. Corporates received training on how to
work with startups & were matched with vetted startups in
their key areas of interest. In the process, Rachelle took part
in actively managing the portfolio of 1,000+ startups.

The Design Thinking Social

As a founding member and lead
facilitator, Rachelle creates safe
spaces for underrepresented people
& allies in tech to learn and solve
for issues of diversity & inclusion.

Assisting first responders by
engineering solutions that can
withstand the grueling hazards of
the battlefield, but are simple, cost-
effective, & precise enough to save
lives on a daily basis or in any
emergency medical situation.
